• No special tools or training needed. These attractive and durable Pivot-Lock Buildings are the ideal addition to your office space. Ideal for office expansion in the plant or warehouse. All panels are completely framed in anodized aluminum extrusions. Wall sections are ready to install upon arrival. Extruded aluminum edges pivot and lock together for quick and easy installation. No glazing required -- tempered safety glass shipped pre-installed in wall panels (windows optional). Doors shipped installed in panel with butt hinges and key-in knob lockset shipped separate.
Both Pivot-Lock & Modular Office systems:
• Come standard with acoustical grid ceiling and ribbed steel roof. Choice of installation: 4-wall building for free standing use; 3-wall when you choose to use an existing wall and 2 wall building for corner use. Panels available in 3" and 1-3/4" wall thickness.
• Insulation rating of R13 for 3" panel and R7 for 1-3/4" panel. Available in Walnut, Pecan, Beige, White, Blue and Gray -- please specify both inside and outside colors.
Ordering Instructions:
• Please include drawing showing location of doors, windows and electrical. Specify interior/exterior colors. Also available optional class 1 fire-retardant construction, 2 story buildings, vision towers, custom sizes and partition systems -- call for pricing.
Base Price Includes:
(1) Correct number of panels to construct sizes shown. (2) Vinyl-covered hollow core doors in walnut finish 3' x 6'8" x 1-3/4" with all necessary hardware included and shipped pre-hung. (3) Grid-type ceiling includes hanger tabs tie, wire and 2' x 4' lay-in acoustical board (UL Class 1). (4) Roof deck to serve as top cover for building made up of interlocking steel panels. (5) Electric kit. (6) Complete plans for assembly.(7) Floors not included. (8) Windows not included.
Electric Kit Includes:
(1) Tubular aluminum wireways between wall sections for concealed electric switches. (2) Load center with breakers. (3) Lay-in fixtures with diffuser lens (2' x 4'). (4) Wiring and lamps are not included. PanelKing system includes conduit and electrical box.
